Blurben combines official government sources and public records, leading listing sites, commercial data and its own models. Figures can be incomplete or out of date, and like any AI it can make mistakes, so verify anything important before you rely on it.

Your dashboard is private to you unless you share it. The AI providers that run Blurben are not allowed to train their own models on your data. Property pages you create can be seen by anyone with the link, so include only what you are happy to share.
